Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Lynquora Yoga & Meditation Studio ("Lynquora," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

Studio Services

Lynquora provides yoga classes, meditation sessions, workshops, and related wellness services at our Culver City location. Our services are designed to promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being through mindful movement and meditation practices.

Class Participation

• Students must arrive on time for classes. Late arrivals may be denied entry to maintain the peaceful environment
• Please silence all electronic devices during classes
• Respect the sacred space by maintaining quiet conversation levels in the studio
• Follow instructor guidance and honor your body's limitations
• Inform instructors of any injuries or health conditions before class

Health and Safety

Assumption of Risk

By participating in yoga and meditation classes, you acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:

• Physical injury from poses, movements, or equipment
• Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
• Emotional or psychological responses to practice

Health Requirements

You represent that you are in good physical and mental health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation. You agree to:

• Consult with healthcare providers before beginning any new fitness program
• Inform instructors of any health conditions, injuries, or limitations
• Listen to your body and modify or cease participation as needed
• Take responsibility for your own well-being during classes

Registration and Payment

Class Bookings

• All classes require advance registration
• Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged
• Class packages and memberships are non-transferable
• Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts

Cancellation Policy

• Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance for credit
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit
• Studio-initiated cancellations will result in full credit or refund
• Package and membership refunds are not available except where required by law

Studio Policies

Conduct Expectations

We maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for all students. You agree to:

• Treat all students, instructors, and staff with respect and kindness
• Refrain from disruptive behavior or language
• Respect personal boundaries and studio property
• Follow hygiene guidelines and wear appropriate attire
• Avoid wearing strong fragrances that may affect others

Personal Property

• Lynquora is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
• Please secure valuables in provided storage areas
• Studio equipment must be used respectfully and returned to designated areas
• Personal mats and props are welcome but must be clean

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with Lynquora, including but not limited to class sequences, teachings, written materials, and branding, are owned by Lynquora or licensed for our use. You may not:

• Record, photograph, or stream classes without explicit permission
• Reproduce or distribute our proprietary content
• Use our name, logo, or branding without authorization
• Teach or share our proprietary sequences without permission

Privacy and Communications

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Marketing Communications

• We may send promotional emails and newsletters to registered students
• You can opt out of marketing communications at any time
• Essential service communications (class confirmations, schedule changes) may still be sent

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynquora, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Loss of income or business opportunities
• Emotional distress or mental anguish
• Any other losses or damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lynquora, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity
• Any negligent or wrongful conduct on your part

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution Process

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Direct negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation with a mutually agreed-upon mediator
3. Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in Los Angeles County, California.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website, email notifications, or posted notices in the studio. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
